I am very happy for people to send me an e-mail, but I must emphasize that I won't answer any questions about conditions that you are suffering from, questions regarding treatments for particular problems or anything that seeks advice for something that I haven't assessed or examined.

The reason for this is that no-one can give accurate advice, suggestions or "real" clinical advice unless it is backed up by proper examination and clinical reasoning. So, just like asking a doctor to determine your blood pressure over the telephone, giving advice about a specific condition provides as much accuracy and meaning. So, in the nicest possible way, DON'T ASK!
